"I am happy with the accommodation - the apartment is suitable for use as a starting point for walking around Paris, even if it is not located in the center. There are two metro stations of the 13th branch and a tram line in 10-12 minutes on foot. The metro in Paris is quite slow, but in an hour and a half you can walk to any place of interest on this side of the Seine. The area seemed safe, even at a late hour. There are cafes, bakeries, etc. nearby. The apartment seems to be residential, it has a lot of things that were obviously used not so long ago, including a kitchen with a lot of accessories (although we did not cook or eat anything inside)."

"Of the minor disadvantages, the iron turned out to be non-working. It may seem inconvenient to someone that the shower is located behind the common door to the bedroom, but this should not be a problem for families or good friends."
